Installation

  1. 1. Download the beta package.
  2. 2. Unzip the downloaded file.
  3. 3. Install com_jjaiformbuilder_v0.9.0.zip first from Joomla Administrator → System → Install Extensions.
  4. 4. Install plg_content_jjform_v0.9.0.zip.
  5. 5. Enable plugin: Content - JJ AI Form Builder.

Embed Forms in Articles

Use the content plugin shortcode inside any Joomla article:

{jjform 1}

Replace 1 with your actual form ID.

AI Provider Setup

  • Open Joomla Administrator → Components → JJ AI Form Builder.
  • Go to Options and add your Gemini, OpenAI or DeepSeek API key.
  • Each form can use its own AI provider from the form edit screen.
  • Save the form and click Generate with AI to create the form schema.

Email & CAPTCHA

  • Admin and user email notifications are supported.
  • Make sure Joomla mail settings are correctly configured.
  • Built-in Math CAPTCHA helps reduce spam submissions.
  • Submissions can be viewed and managed from the Joomla administrator area.

Is this free?

The v0.9.0 beta is available for testing. A Pro version with advanced features is planned.

Can I use it on a live site?

For beta testing, staging or development sites are recommended first.

Which Joomla versions are supported?

JJ AI Form Builder supports Joomla 4, Joomla 5 and Joomla 6.

Does it store submissions?

Yes. Submissions are stored and can be managed from the Joomla administrator area.
